We’re looking for the best ways to keep you productive. That’s why Infinity Audio has invested in a great support system. If you need a quick answer, have a suggestion, or have run into a problem, our help and support tools will get you sorted as quickly as possible.
Quick answers…call in the Bot
In the words of Tyler Durden from Fight Club, you are not a unique snowflake. Many questions are common among users. So your first way to get an answer to common questions will be via referral by our Robot. You’ll enter you general question, then be directed to articles that might solve the issue for you.
You see that little help box at the bottom right corner of the screen? Click there to meet our helpful robot. (It doesn’t have a name yet, but probably should.)
You can get quick info from our tutorials there. And if you that doesn’t answer your question, you can submit a ticket.
We try to write an article for every question we get. We’ll answer your questions thoroughly so you can get back to making music!
If you go to our Help and Support Centre, you can also type a few words into the search bar to find relevant posts.
